Roll in pollen while the sun shines Written by jeaninerenzoni The late start to the warm season and the excessive rain has caused lots of greenery and clusters of blooms. Thunderstorms are forecast again today, so the bumblebees are rolling in the pollen while the sun shines. They basically dive in and roll around like puppies, humming and giggling. This fragrant, shrub rose is filled with pollinators, with bumble bees being the largest. If you want to smell the roses, it’s best to do it from a distance.
