Black iron skillet, turn on the heat.
EVOO added, warmed and swirled,
Onions and green pepper chopped and twirled,
Sauteed chicken, curry powder, collard greens, eat.
And of course, there needs to be dessert! Ripe pear cored and cut into 1/8ths with 1 Tbs semisweet choc chips melted with 1 Tbs chunky peanut butter – swirled together for dipping.
It took about 15, maybe 20 minutes to prepare. And was extremely tasty, thank you very much…
